When you place an order we will make your item by hand. If your file has changed then we will remake your file first then cut and print your item. If your garment is not on the shelf then we have to wait until it arrives.
These things take time, we are a small print shop that is very busy. We will go as fast as we can but we need to sleep at least twice a week, if you buy from us it's for a reason... be patient and expect upto 20 working days.

cannot be returned if you have selected a size that does not fit.
Please check the chest sizes before ordering, if you are not sure then message us.
Items are made to order and we do not keep a stock for personalised listings.
A "wrong size" cannot be exchanged for a different size or refund.

If you have placed an order and decide to cancel WITH IN 24 HOURS then you will incure a £5 admin charge for orders less than £60, order over this amount will incure a 35% restock fee. We are charged by our money handlers for processing your transactions and refund. Our suppliers charge for returning items. After this time your order can not be cancelled or refunded. Our items are personalised and made to order.

A 'PRINT READY' file is your logo in a printable format, sized, with the correct DPI, ready to print.
A screenshot or picture
is NOT an editable print file.
we need to have the original design file that can be modified or altered.
If you do not fully understand .... then you do not have a file.
Further delays and cost will be at our discreation if you need a file to be made for you.

Garments are made in all shapes and sizes. The positioning and level of a logo is not an exact science. You must allow for a certain amount of tolerance.

Items that have been 'Shrunk' by you, your machine or a third party are not warranted.
If in doubt hand wash with cold water
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron directly on ANY logo, text, picture that we have printed, IT WILL MELT.
